Multitenancy

The data produced by the applications used by the customers on the platform are stored in separate tables or databases on customer basis. In this way, customers' data privacy is protected. However, since the data generated by the same application is separated on a customer basis, the application performance depends on each customer's own usage performance. ​

Script Usage

Script support is provided in many areas to run special rules on the application. All script definitions are written in JavaScript (ECMAScript5), which is dominated by many developers. In order to access form data in XML format from within the script code, XPath or XQuery, which are also standard, is used.

Version Management

Each application developed must have a version. The changes made in that version also affect the forms, flows and rules that were initiated and continued in that version. Authorized users can only see and use applications in the active version. In this way, the application development can be continued by creating a new version while the active version is used by the users.

Application Design

Application design and usage is provided through a single web-based interface. All application-related definitions such as flow map, forms, databases, web services are managed within the design. The description of the designed application is stored as an XML-based text and can be easily transferred to the design tools on different servers by copying and pasting when required. While doing these operations, there is no need to shut down the system, reboot or recompile the code.

Error Management

Tasks completed by users are queued to proceed to the next stage. Users do not need to wait on the screen as they fill out and complete the required information on the form on which the task is linked. All scripts, rules and integrations are run until the jobs in the queue move on to the next stage. In the meantime, when an error is encountered, an e-mail about the error content is sent to the system administrator and the job in the queue is turned into error.
